As a certified strength and conditioning professional, Tasha’s intent is to help her clients reach their fitness goals injury free, and develop a fit and healthy lifestyle. She achieves this in part by optimizing movement patterns so that clients can gain self awareness while they build strength. Tasha believes that the pursuit of a healthy strong body through diet and exercise will lead to increased quality of life as a whole. She is a proficient Olympic Lifting coach and is certified in Darby Training System and Fascial Stretch Therapy. Being in this industry for 7 years, Tasha has made it her mission to continue learning and progressing her education in fitness – this ensures her clients get the most leading edge training and injury prevention available.
