Sarah discovered her passion for fitness as a young competitive track athlete. From this early age, she knew that she wanted to make health and fitness her life and career. She studied Fitness and Lifestyle Management at George Brown College before continuing on to the University of Guelph-Humber to complete her Honours Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Kinesiology and graduating with Distinction.
Through many different internships and volunteer work, she has worked with a variety of clientele, from varsity athletes, to clients who have never been to a gym. She is now a certified strength and conditioning specialist working towards admissions at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Sarah advocates health and fitness and understands the importance of working closely with clinicians to ensure the wellness of her clients. Sarah believes that everyone can live a healthier life and benefit from being physically active.
