Dr. Stéphane GregoryHBSc, DC, RCCSS(C) Sport sciences resident

Originally from the small town of Strathroy, Dr. Stéphane Gregory is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He received his Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. Stéphane served in the Canadian Armed Forces with the First Hussars, and the Governor General Horse Guards. It was here that he developed a keen interest in enhancing performance, and reducing injury risk. He followed his passion into strength and conditioning as a certified strength and conditioning specialist, and Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist. He has worked with NHL, IIHL, University of Waterloo varsity, and Sheridan College varsity athletes. Dr. Gregory combines his knowledge of training adaptation with his therapy techniques, which include but are not limited to Functional Range Release and Medical Acupuncture to optimize human movement efficiency and pain relief. He continues to enhance his skill set by pursuing his Sports Fellowship from the RCCSS(C), a competitive specialty program that has only accepts 2-3 doctors a year. By combining his unique skill set, Dr. Gregory creates effective individualized treatments that best fit the person and their lifestyle.
